All packages ordered before 8am GMT are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next working day.
UK Shipping
Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. For orders under £30, shipping is £3.99 for Tracked 24 or £2.99 for Tracked 48. All UK orders over £30 qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail 48.
EU & European Shipping
Orders to the EU are shipped with DPD, typically arriving in 5-7 working days. Shipping is free for orders over €30, with variable costs for smaller orders. Specific rates apply for Denmark (free over kr250) and Switzerland (a flat fee of CHF 7.65).

Package excellent. Bought the Trio set and got 2 extra but 1 same as package. The Postcard From my personal favorite and smells very familiar,however once Smoke & Mirrors settles it is a bomb when it hits. Wife's favorite along with Bois de Santal her 2nd favorite too. Shelby Lane gives me all smiles. I am very happy with my purchase. Will be purchasing the bigger bottles for sure. Highly recommend.
I received this gift set yesterday and was so excited to wear these beautiful fragrances. Lilium Blum is my favorite but all three are lovely. The packaging is first rate and they included two sample fragrances for me to try. Chanel is my favorite, I have been wearing it for years but I think I have found another new favorite. Absolutely love the discovery box it came with a jewellery cushion and a pouch - the reel of everything was such high quality and the scents were all amazing it’s hard to pick just one - they last such a long time too . Definitely recommend trying the discovery box before committing to a full size :)
First impressions count and Thomson Carter definitely knows how too. I bought the Discovery bundle and the presentation was bang on. As you can see in the picture you get a nice box your fragrances come in as well as a little pillow and a nice draw bag along with a thank you card. I’ve bought from other sites that promise the best but come no where near. But with Thompson & Carter they have mastered it the fragrances smell great and long lasting. Great job 👍🏼

I am very impressed with this brand. The fragrances come beautifully boxed inside a cute little bag (both of which I will be using to store my beauty & fragrance products). I also received a lovely little cushion, which was a nice surprise. As for the fragrances themselves they are amazing. They are the longest lasting ones I've ever had...and I've had a lot of perfumes from designer to budget...these outdo all of them!! I also like that they have unisex ones, so there is something for everyone. I'm looking forward to trying more of their scents and I hope they bring out more scents in the future. If you're looking for something of exceptional quality, either for yourself or as a gift, then I highly recommend these.
Just received my 100ml Bottle of postcards from…..Absolutely fantastic service and presentation from Thomson Carter, I decided to purchase this fragrance from the 3 sample bottles I received last week, fantastic product highly recommend 👍👍
All three fragrances are beautiful especially smoke and mirrors. However, once applied, they did not seem to last very long. I tend to buy stronger fragrances as I have had this problem before. I will however persevere and see if things improve. This would not stop me recommending the fragrances and the sample set, because this how we learn what works and what doesn’t. Great customer service though and I will try other fragrances.
Two out of 3 ain't bad! Loved Santal de Bois and Redroom but Postcards From was too much for me. I'm sure many would love it, but I am more into style and finesse and less into beast mode. Anyway, finding two new beautiful fragrances is a definite win for me, so can only recommend the Discovery Set - a great way to trial these powerhouse perfumes.

So far I love absolutely every perfume that comes from this company. Lillium bloom, Rouge Avenue, are the top two faves. I love them so much I spray them on that little pillow they give you, and keep it by my face when I sleep. I love smoking mirrors, and Suede and Stone. I love them all.

Great scent
I bought the discovery box with rouge avenue lilium blume and bois de santal. Thought the rouge avenue would be my fave but now I’m not sure. On first spraying I hated them all but on drying down they are transformed and now I can’t pick a fave, possibly the lilium although usually I hate patchouli but it’s not overwhelming in this perfume. They last for ages and arrive so beautifully packaged plus two small perfumes too. Really highly recommend. Will be buying full size when I’ve used these.
Received a discovery set this week. I am really pleased with the set. We’ll packaged and looks, feels tasteful and we’ll considered. All of the scents are unique, balanced without being overpowering. I all very happy with the purchase. Smoke and Mirrors will be my go to. 5 ⭐️
Order came very quick and was superbly packaged. The contents, when opened, had been sprayed with one of the fragrances and it was very nice. Was surprised to see a small pillow and small drawstring bag in there. Looks and feels very premium. The aftershaves smell very good and do last. Overall I can’t fault any of them. Very nice package out of the three shelby Lane is my favourite loved the fresh fragrance lasts all day the other two were not bad at all will buy a bottle of shelby next time.
