Whether you are ordering for yourself or gifting someone else, we aim to get every Thomson Carter order on its way as quickly as possible.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 8am GMT are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8am GMT are dispatched on the next working day.
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.

EU and European orders are sent with DPD and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.

A quick note on delivery times
Delivery timings are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control - such as adverse weather, seasonal demand or customs clearance - can cause delays.
We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland, most of Europe and the USA. At present, we cannot deliver to Alaska or PO Boxes.
